Kate Durbin's first full-length collection of poetry, The Ravenous Audience, is forthcoming from Black Goat Press/Akashic Books. Her chapbook, Amelia Earhart: Fragments Found in a 1937 Aviator's Boot, is forthcoming from Dancing Girl Press. Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Drunken Boat, elimae, diode, The Ledge Poetry and Fiction Magazine, Boxcar Poetry Review, and elsewhere, and her reviews/interviews have been published in The Elegant Variation, Boxcar Poetry Review, and Asian American Poetry and Writing. She holds an MFA from the University of California in Riverside, and is currently writing a novel.
